5. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through the Taarki app using secure payment methods.Taarki may charge a service fee, which will be displayed in the app.
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to Taarki's Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
Engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activities using the Taarki app.
Harnessing, abusing, or harming other users.
Attempting to manipulate prices or interfere with platform operations.
7. Disclaimer
Taarki is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or disputes between drivers and customers.
Users acknowledge that Taarki provides a digital platform and is not a transportation service provider.
8. Termination of Use

Users may delete their accounts at any time via the App.
